Mowing & Trimming
Complete mow and trim of all lawn areas, includes blower cleanup.
- Minimum charge: $30 (covers up to 2,000 sq ft)
- Additional area: +$10 per additional 1,000 sq ft
Edging (Optional Add-On)
Crisp edging along sidewalks, driveways, and garden beds.
- Rate: $0.10 per linear foot
- Minimum charge: $5
Pet Waste Removal (Optional Add-On)
Spot cleanup of visible pet waste prior to mowing. Additional charges may apply for large waste volumes.
- < 2,000 sq ft: $10
- 2,000–5,000 sq ft: $20
- 5,000–8,000 sq ft: $30
- > 8,000 sq ft: Contact for Estimate
Manual Weed Removal
Hand removal of surface weeds from lawn and visible garden edges. Additional charges may apply if extensive overgrowth is present.
- Minimum charge: $30 (covers up to 2,000 sq ft)
- Additional area: +$1 per 100 sq ft
Core Aeration
Reduces soil compaction and promotes healthy grass growth.
- Minimum charge: $65 (covers up to 2,000 sq ft)
- Additional area: +$0.03 per sq ft
Fertilizing (Granular)
Granular fertilizer applications to support strong, healthy turf.
- Minimum charge: $40 (covers up to 2,000 sq ft)
- Additional area: +$0.02 per sq ft
Overseeding
Spread new grass seed over existing lawn to improve thickness and density.
- Minimum charge: $40 (covers up to 2,000 sq ft)
- Additional area: +$0.03 per sq ft
Power Raking
Removes built-up thatch to improve lawn health and soil access. Includes clean-up & removal.
- Minimum charge: $80 (covers up to 2,000 sq ft)
- Additional area: +$0.05 per sq ft
Spring Clean-Up
Seasonal clean-up service tailored to property needs (winter debris, light raking, and site-specific requirements).
